How should I set up the network if the device has no network connection?

Answer:

If the device starts without a network connection, the system automatically opens the wireless connection window. Select a nearby network in WLAN to connect. If the device supports SIM cards, insert a SIM card with mobile data to enable mobile networking. If a fixed-IP wired connection is required, configure it through Wired Network. For non-fixed-IP wired networking, plug in the network cable directly.

How do I refund a customer?

Answer:

When a customer requests a refund, the cashier should follow store rules and the actual situation. If the refund is allowed, open the bill details, click refund, select the refund reason, and confirm. Cash refunds must be handled manually from the cash drawer. For other payments not processed through this system, the cashier should complete the refund manually according to store rules.

What should I do if a customer wants to add dishes?

Answer:

On the main page, select the table that needs additional dishes. Select dishes on the right side and add them to the cart by clicking dish images. After adding the dishes, click Add Dish to submit the additional order.
