Quick Start

Requirements

• Prepare a mobile phone with internet access.
• Use WeChat to scan the QR code and open the Store Manager side.
• Sign in with the store manager account provided by the agent.

Store Basic Information

• Configure store business hours.
• If dine-in service fees are required, configure the service fee percentage.

Store Rules

• Configure scan-to-order settings.
• Configure taxes and service fees.
• Configure surcharges.
• Configure payment methods.

Dish Information

• Create dish categories, such as signature dishes, meat dishes, and vegetable dishes.
• Create dish units, such as serving or bowl.
• Create product specifications, such as flavor or portion size.
• Add dishes with name, image, price, and other information.
• If the store sells combos, create combo products.

Table Information

• Configure areas such as lobby and private rooms.
• Configure table specifications, such as 2-person tables or 4-person tables.
• Create tables and download table QR codes. The QR codes can be printed and attached to tables for customer scan-to-order.

Employees

• Create employee accounts.
• Set each account as a waiter or cashier. Cashier accounts sign in to the POS for cashiering, while waiter accounts sign in to the ordering tablet.

Electronic Advertising Screen Content

• Add an electronic advertising screen.
• Upload images or videos to publish content.
