Product Introduction

Mobile Self-Service Ordering is a store-specific online ordering system for scan-to-order, dine-in ordering, takeaway, and quick ordering. Customers can scan a QR code and place orders themselves without waiting in line, making the ordering process simple and efficient.

The system supports member registration, sign-in, profile updates, and account password changes. Members can also view their balance and spending records in real time, and check their personal order history whenever needed. The whole process is completed online through self-service, improving ordering efficiency, the dining experience, and daily store operations.
